House Rules

- All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to the exchange rate of our local bank in Mexico on the day of the transaction, plus any fees from your bank. Therefore, the actual price may vary slightly. - Each guest must present a valid identification document (Passport). - Only 1 guest per room is allowed, with prior registration at reception and until 11:00 PM at the latest. - Smoking is not allowed; if violated, a fine of $200 USD will be imposed. - Dogs up to a maximum of 25 kg are allowed only in designated units. The cost is $25 USD plus taxes. - Only the individuals listed in the capacity may stay overnight. - Parties and events are not allowed. - In the event that a deep cleaning is required due to misuse of the room, a cleaning fee of $300 USD will be charged. - A document accepting the conditions and responsibilities will need to be signed by the reservation holder.

For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, Up TownSuites (hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY), located at Ejercito Nacional 154, Anzures CDMX 11590, is responsible for obtaining, disclosing, storing, using, including actions of access, management, utilization, transfer, or disposition of personal data. The information we collect includes your name and contact information (address, phone number, and email) and general data for identification and location. THE COMPANY uses the information you have provided to assist you in completing a transaction, registering your reservation, communicating with you, keeping you informed of new locations, and sending you notices and promotions. If you do not wish to receive communications from THE COMPANY, we kindly ask you to request your removal from our database by sending an email to info@streetarthotel.com. THE COMPANY will not transfer your personal data to third parties, except for data transfers to the owners of the properties managed under the Street Art brand and our software service provider. You can exercise and/or manage your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition regarding the processing of your personal data by sending an email to info@streetarthotel.com, indicating: 1) The full name of the data subject, address, and email account to communicate the response to your request, 2) The documents that prove your identity, 3) A clear and precise description of the personal data concerning which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and 4) If applicable, the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request. Any changes to this privacy notice will be sent to you via email.
